Privacy policy
On-device audio processing
Lupli does not upload your audio, recordings or notes to our servers. There is no independent login, advertising SDK or in-app analytics SDK.
Storage and deletion
Imported audio, separation results, recordings, markers and notes are stored in the app. Delete songs or recordings from their lists to remove the selected data. Original source files, shared copies and OS backups are managed separately.
Permissions
The microphone is used when you choose to record and grant permission. Music library permission is used to select and play songs. File import remains available without these permissions.
Apple, file providers and sharing
OS backups, cloud file providers, Apple services and sharing destinations follow their respective policies. Lupli does not promise that these services never communicate externally.
This website and support email
Cloudflare serves this website and may process access information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure it. We do not add advertising, analytics or contact forms. Support emails, including your email address and message, are received using Google’s email service and used to respond and resolve issues. Information is deleted when no longer needed. Audio attachments are generally unnecessary.
Rights and privacy
Use audio you are entitled to process. Recordings may include surrounding music or conversations. Consider others’ rights and privacy before sharing.
Free allowance and purchases
To manage the free allowance, Lupli stores SHA-256 identifiers of successfully separated audio files in the device Keychain. This history contains no audio or track names and is not sent to our servers. Deleting a song does not delete this history or restore the allowance. Identical files count as the same track. Trial history transfer after a device change or reset is not guaranteed. Apple processes Pro payments and purchase restoration; the app checks verified purchase information for access. The developer does not receive payment card details.
